Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Parking Enforcement Attendant in Rhode Island. You will patrol lots, issue citations for violations, and maintain signage and equipment while providing courteous service to guests and clients.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with shifts including weekends. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, with both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lots by issuing citations based on preapproved guidelines.
• Manage lot signage including installation and maintenance.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and handle general maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and filings regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist with snow removal during winter tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
