Responsibilities

• Issue parking citations for violations per municipal, state rules and regulations
• Monitor non-compliance within the micro-mobility program framework
• Ensure valet operators comply with permits and guidelines
• Inspect items placed in the right of way (tables, chairs, railings)
• Prepare case paperwork for legal review and, if needed, attend court
• Answer dispatch calls and assist in ROWE agent duties such as towing and street sweeping
• Document cases using multiple software systems and communicate with business owners to gain compliance
