Job summary

The City and County of Denver is seeking a Parking Enforcement Agent II to enforce parking regulations, manage violations, and support ROWE operations within the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure. You will engage with the public, inspect the right of way, and help ensure safe, accessible mobility citywide.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, calm under pressure, and solid documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED/HiSET/TASC.
• Two years of experience enforcing parking regulations with notices and citations.
• Code Enforcement Commission certification required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking regulations and issue citations as needed.
• Monitor non-compliance within micro-mobility program scopes.
• Ensure valet operators operate within permit terms.
• Inspect objects in public right of way and outdoor restaurant expansions.
• Prepare paperwork for legal review and appear in court when required.
• Answer dispatch calls and assist in ROWE agent duties as needed.
• Use multiple software programs to document and track cases.
• Educate business owners to gain compliance.
