• For Assignment Level II+ a doctorate or three years of relevant research experience.
• Two years as City Research Scientist Level I can substitute for II requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop citywide data collection plan for curbside activity metrics.
• Oversee data collection and manage consultants across 10–12 neighborhoods.
• Oversee data processing and ensure data is clean and mappable.
• Write periodic reports and present findings to DOT leadership.
