Job summary

Qualifications

Solid foundation of experience in transportation planning and data collection of parking and transportation metrics.
Experience managing staff and comfortable with public speaking.
Ability to create reports and presentations that distill complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Latitude for independent judgment and ability to keep the work in the portfolio moving.
Participation in strategic planning and deployment of new technologies, programs, processes, and other strategies.

Responsibilities

Oversee curb space programs including Parking Planning and Policy, Carshare, taxi stands, waste containerization.
Establish agency direction with partners regarding parking policies.
Oversee time-lapse data collection and before/after photography for SIPs and other projects.
Partner with programs that utilize curb space to accommodate multiple uses.
Support special initiatives and projects for the Unit.
