Job summary

InterPark LLC/PreFlight LLC in Texas is seeking a Customer Success Agent to provide best-in-class service to parkers and operations staff. The role is on-site in the garage/office and requires real-time problem solving and clear communication within the RMC Department.

The position offers a $17/hour pay rate with FT Overnight Saturday through Tuesday 9pm–8am and a PT schedule on other days. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work onsite in a garage/office.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be unrestricted to work in the US.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all calls in real-time in the customer service platform (RMCe).
• Assist and resolve customer inquiries including accounts, reservations, rates, and fees.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and customers' needs are resolved courteously.
• Provide timely updates to the team and management during the shift.
• Collaborate with Operations and CS to resolve issues before customers exit or re-enter the garage.
