Job summary

Raffle Parking in College Station, TX is seeking a Parking Ambassador to provide excellent guest service in parking areas, maintain meters and equipment, and respond to intercom calls from drivers in the garage. You will issue parking violations for non-payment or invalid hangtags, monitor lots, and enforce rules with a polite, professional demeanor.

This is a part-time, in-person role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement; relocation to College Station is required for

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Good customer service skills

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the parking areas.
Perform maintenance on parking meters and equipment in garages (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.).
Respond to intercom calls from customers in the garage.
Issue parking violations for non-payment, invalid hangtag, or other infractions.
Monitor parking lots and assist customers as needed.
Know policies to ensure tickets are issued with cause.
Direct violations disputes to the customer service department.
Maintain a polite and courteous attitude while enforcing rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
