Job summary

Raffle Parking in College Station, TX is seeking a Parking Ambassador to provide excellent guest service in parking areas, maintain meters and equipment, and respond to intercom calls from drivers in the garage. You will issue parking violations for non-payment or invalid hangtags, monitor lots, and enforce rules with a polite, professional demeanor.

This is a part-time, in-person role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement; relocation to College Station is required for

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the parking areas.
• Perform maintenance on parking meters and equipment in garages (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.).
• Respond to intercom calls from customers in the garage.
• Issue parking violations for non-payment, invalid hangtag, or other infractions.
• Monitor parking lots and assist customers as needed.
• Know policies to ensure tickets are issued with cause.
• Direct violations disputes to the customer service department.
• Maintain a polite and courteous attitude while enforcing rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As aParking Ambassador,you will be responsible for and expected to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests that are in the parking areas of the property.
• Perform general maintenance on the parking meters and the parking equipment in the garages (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.).
• Respond to intercom calls from customers in the garage.
• Issues parking violations to any vehicle that neglects to pay the pay-station, possesses an invalid or expired monthly hangtag, or any other parking infraction.
• Monitor parking lots and assists customers as needed.
• Knows the policies and procedures of each property he/she audits to ensure that no ticket is issued without cause.
• Directs any and all violation disputes to the customer service department.
• Maintains a polite and courteous attitude while effectively enforcing the rules and regulations of the parking facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
