Job summary

Raffle Parking is seeking a friendly Parking Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service while patrolling Sugar Land Town Square. This role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to walk the property during shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, monitoring lots for rule compliance, issuing violations when needed, and enforcing regulations politely. Weekend availability is required and growth opportunities exist.

• Comfortable walking for extended periods

Position Overview:

Raffle Parking is seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive Parking Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining parking operations at Sugar Land Town Square. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to actively patrol the property on foot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while engaging with guests on property.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with posted rules.
• Issue parking violations to vehicles that fail to pay.
• Enforce parking regulations in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
• Actively patrol the property on foot throughout the shift.

What we need from you:

• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Comfortable walking for extended periods

Schedule Requirements:

We are hiring candidates available to work at least 3–4 days per week, including the required weekend shift.

Available Shifts:

• Weeknights - 4P to 10P as needed
• Weekdays - 10A - 5P as needed
• Weekends - As needed and required

Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required.
