Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Ambassador to serve as the frontline representative of our parking operations. You will create exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safe, secure, and efficient facility operations.

The role involves interacting with guests at entry and exit, assisting with vehicle issues, supporting cashier functions, and monitoring PRCS performance. A customer-first mindset and basic tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in busy environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude (jump starts, tire inflations, light troubleshooting).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Gmail, Excel and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive first and last impression.
• Provide ticketing guidance, QR code scanning, reservations, and payment help.
• Monitor PRCS performance and perform Level 1 troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct parking lot counts and occupancy tracking for availability.
• Support cashier functions and cover staff as needed.
• Direct traffic during peak periods to improve flow and reduce congestion.
