Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • 3 years of licensed driving experience.
  • Ability to walk at a brisk pace or jog.
  • Ability to bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
  • Ability to pull and push, including opening and closing car doors, consistently for the entire shift.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
  • Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
  • Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
  • Assist with special events, high‑volume periods, and site‑specific operational needs.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.
