Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Parking Services Greeter at Mercy St Vincent Medical Center to welcome guests and assist with inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner. The role supports guests with directions and information while maintaining professional demeanor.

Starting pay is $13-$16 per hour with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Medical benefits are provided; no experience is required to apply, and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of hospital and facility safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Answer phones promptly and politely per Towne Park standards.
• Assist visitors with directions and information.
• Provide information about facility amenities and nearby attractions.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver messages or items as requested.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
