Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate/Valet at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering attentive hospitality during arrival and departure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or be within commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to read/write English and to understand time and rate calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe, prompt manner and assists with luggage when applicable.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures and handles ticketing and revenue as needed.
• Performs other duties to support guest arrival and departure experiences.
