Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate at Mercy Hospital St. Louis – Creve Coeur to deliver exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve vehicles promptly, assist guests with luggage, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Starting pay is $14 per hour plus $3–$5 per hour in tips, with benefits available for full- and part-time employees; schedules vary across weekdays and weekends from 7am to 11pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.
• One month related experience or training or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services and assist guests with parking and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and collect payment when needed and maintain ticket information.
• Maintain accurate guest folios and revenue records.
