Job summary

The Village of Oak Park is seeking a Parking Compliance Specialist to enforce parking regulations and assist the public in Oak Park, Illinois. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Illinois driver’s license are required. The position offers a structured shift and ongoing training.

Scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. New hires will complete an initial training period Monday through Friday, with potential shifts at 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 12:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m.

This is a single class position under the supervision of higher level supervisory and management staff. This position will perform a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the enforcement of Village parking regulations; and to provide general information and assistance to the public.

This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. New hires will complete an initial training period scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts either from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
