Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in parking compliance, security, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Clear written communication for email correspondence.
• Ability to train others on software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parking compliance operations and cover major events.
• Supervise and mentor a small compliance team; schedule and coordinate equipment.
• Manage customer service for compliance: emails, voicemails, disputes.
• Coordinate booting and towing with vendors as needed.
• Train staff on protocols and handheld enforcement technology.
• Help shape compliance policy as the company grows.
