Responsibilities include taking payments, issuing tickets, logging daily activity, and ensuring a clean, orderly cashier booth while upholding company procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle.
• Professional and friendly demeanor when working with customers.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from customers for parking services and perform transactions.
• Issue tickets and record required information.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and timely.
• Report to work on time.
• Process payments by cash, credit card or validation per SOPs.
• Complete forms for exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets).
• Provide correct change and issue receipts for all fees.
• Complete daily shift paperwork and track transactions and vehicle counts.
• Maintain a neat cashier booth and compliant with uniform standards.
• Provide excellent service, greet customers, answer questions and resolve issues.
• Notify management of situations needing attention.
