Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Parking Cashier in Atlantic City, NJ. You will greet guests, handle payments at the valet/cashier station, and operate the point of sale terminal in accordance with department policies.

Responsibilities include collecting parking fees, maintaining cash in the bank, and ensuring professional guest interactions. Compliance with regulations and a commitment to responsible gaming and service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cashiering experience preferred or prior cash handling encouraged.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate the valet/cashier station efficiently.
• Manage the point of sale terminal following policies and procedures.
• Collect and process parking payments for self-park and valet garages.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and banking per policy.
• Communicate property information and upcoming events to guests.
• Adhere to Gaming Commission Regulations and state/federal laws.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Parking Cashier

The Parking Cashier is responsible for managing the valet cashier station, greet guests, and collecting payments.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Responsible for operation of the point of sale terminal in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
• Responsible for collection of all parking fees for the self park and valet parking garages.
• Responsible for maintaining bank in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Responsible for processing valet tickets in the property management system and for key control in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining friendly, professional, and positive guest relations and for communicating information about the property and related events / promotions.
• Completes all other related duties as assigned by management.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashiering experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay Range

USD $16.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
