Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Process payments accurately using cash, credit, or direct billing; prepare receipts.
• Assist guests with directions and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Complete shift reports and handle cash banks following SOPs.
• Operate registers, gates, and card machines and maintain event/rate information.
• Complete tasks promptly as directed by Lead Cashier/Account Manager.
