Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Cashier for FedExForum in Memphis. The role involves processing payments, managing a cash drawer, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience. Shifts vary and may include weekends.

Pay is $15.00 per hour, with a part-time schedule and local venue responsibilities. Responsibilities include handling tickets, assisting guests with parking procedures, and maintaining a safe, clean cashier booth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reimagined Parking participates in the E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.
• Prior cash-handling or ticketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain organized cash drawer and tickets.
• Prepare cash control and summary sheets.
• Report all cash overages and shortages promptly.
• Ensure adequate change is available throughout the shift.
• Complete shift and daily reconciliations of receipts, cash, and charges.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being pleasant, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
