Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Part‑Time Valet Parking Attendant for FedExForum, located at 191 Beale St. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining high customer service standards during evening and weekend shifts.

You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, efficiency and professional guest interactions, while handling payments, tickets, and basic vehicle checks as part of a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; E‑Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greeting guests and issuing tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with directions or needs.
• Open doors and assist with unloading/loading personal items as needed.
• Direct traffic and monitor drive areas to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Collect valet fees and reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue and tickets.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage when necessary.
• Report incidents to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead immediately.
