Job summary

Reimagined Parking seeks a Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant for FedExForum (191 Beale St). You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, issue tickets, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced setting. Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and varied shifts.

Competitive pay at $18/hour with opportunities to grow within a team-focused operations group. Applicants must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination.
• Ability to move between valet stand and cars for long periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering information via electronic devices
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, with accurate tracking
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and answering inquiries
• Act as a brand ambassador, assisting with loading/unloading items
• Maintain vehicle safety and security during operations
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue
• Promptly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests and assist with luggage
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates at all times
