SP+ in Windsor Locks, CT, is hiring for a cashier role within our parking network. You will handle payments for parking, count revenue, and assist customers with transactions and directions. The job requires reliability, accuracy with cash handling, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Education: Less than high school or up to 1 month related experience or training.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license if driving company vehicle.
• Basic math and the ability to make change.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsabilités

• Receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate traffic flow.
• Count bank of revenue at start of shift to verify starting total.
• Collect cash and validations; maintain security of cash.
• Issue receipts or tickets and compute totals for customer transactions.
• Operate cash register and display transaction costs to customers.
• Provide directions and assist customers to reach destinations.
