Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a cashier in Windsor Locks, CT to deliver a friendly, efficient checkout experience at our parking facilities. You will handle cash, issue tickets, and assist customers while keeping the booth neat and compliant with policy.

The role requires punctuality, basic math, and strong customer service. Shifts may include evenings and weekends; prior experience is welcome and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract and make change accurately.
• Read and follow simple instructions and memos.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability for second/third shift and weekends may be required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers with respect and kindness and deliver SP+ service.
• Be on time in uniform and ready to assist customers.
• Count bank revenue at shift start and maintain cash security.
• Collect cash/validations and issue receipts or tickets.
• Operate cash register and display transaction costs to customers.
• Provide directions to locations and assist customers.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and report issues to supervisor.
• Record shift transactions and prepare daily reports.
