Qualifications

• Education and experience: Less than high school or up to one month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from customers for parking services and facilitate traffic flow through the facility.
• Count and secure revenue at the start of shift, handle cash and validations, issue receipts or tickets.
• Operate cash register, quote prices, and provide directions to locations.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and escalate when needed.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies; complete shift reports.
