Qualifications

• High school not required or up to one month related experience/training.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and provide friendly service.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring a positive experience.
• Be on time, in uniform, and ready to assist customers.
• Counts cash at start of shift and maintains security of cash.
• Collects cash and validations, issues receipts or tickets.
• Operates cash register, quotes prices, and records transactions.
• Provide directions to city locations and assist customers efficiently.
• Handle lost ticket forms and resolve complaints promptly with supervisor help.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Prepare shift reports of transactions and verify revenue logs.
