Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a dependable attendant in Bentonville, AR to handle parking transactions and assist customers at the gate. You will maintain accuracy in cash handling, issue receipts, and provide directions while ensuring a courteous experience.

Responsibilities include processing payments, verifying tickets, and reporting shift transactions. A valid driver’s license and ability to work varied shifts are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: less than high school or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent.
• Availability to work various shifts may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide; ability to make change.
• Language: read and write simple material and present information.
• Reasoning: follow standard instructions and solve basic problems.
• Other: able to handle transactions and stay courteous with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment for parking services and facilitate gate flow.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and maintain booth cleanliness.
• Handle cash, validate tickets, and provide receipts.
• Calculate costs and display transaction amounts; quote prices.
• Direct customers to locations and resolve complaints with supervisor help.
• Record revenue, cars in/out, and prepare shift reports.
