Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring a Parking Attendant in Chicago, IL. You will direct customers to open spaces, count vehicles, issue warnings, and assist patrons with parking locations to ensure a smooth, secure experience.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a manual transmission, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends) are available; benefits and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license and eligible driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual vehicle is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location as needed.
• Issue violation warnings and patrol parking levels.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain safety, report incidents to the Facility Manager.
