Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Lot Attendant to support day-to-day operations at our Philadelphia facilities. The role handles greeting guests, issuing tickets, car counts, and maintaining cleanliness.

You will work with the Operations Manager or Shift Supervisor, follow safety protocols, and provide friendly service while ensuring proper parking flow. Must be 18+, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in the United States. Full and part-time shifts available, pay is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify may apply).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Direct traffic and guide guests to available parking spaces.
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Provide assistance to guests and relay information to supervisors as needed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
