LAZ Parking is seeking a parking attendant in Culver City, CA to warmly welcome visitors, direct traffic and assist tenants and guests with parking needs. You will manage parking flow, issue tickets, and assist with equipment maintenance, in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a friendly demeanor, the ability to work on your feet, and a readiness to perform under pressure while ensuring accurate and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (at least 2 yrs)
• Comfortable on your feet, walking, dealing with visitors/tenants
• Ability to perform well under pressure while being polite and friendly
• Parking/automotive industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct tenants and visitors to available parking spaces and assist with questions.
• Direct heavy traffic to keep flow of cars organized.
• Move blocked vehicles quickly and efficiently for visitors/tenants.
• Provide parking tickets and explain retrieval process to tenants/visitors.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by Facility Manager.
