Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a courteous Attendant to direct traffic, guide tenants and visitors to parking spaces, and answer questions in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with vehicle movement, manage entrances/exits, and support equipment maintenance as required.

The role emphasizes a self-reliant attitude with strong customer relations and the ability to work with or without supervision, standing and walking for long shifts in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required (at least 2 years)
• Strong customer service experience required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long shifts
• Parking/automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized
• Guide tenants and visitors to available parking spaces and answer questions
• Move blocked vehicles quickly and safely
• Manage entrances and exits traffic as needed
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager
• Issue parking tickets and explain retrieval process
• Handle keys for all vehicles and provide strong customer relations
