Job summary

SP+ in Worcester, MA is hiring a parking attendant to deliver on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for clients. You will guide customers to open parking spaces, count vehicles, and assist with vehicle location for a seamless experience.

You’ll also issue warnings for policy violations, assist with lost vehicle locations, and support maintenance tasks as needed. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for 2nd/3rd shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts including 2nd, 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless experience.
• Count vehicles on location during shift as needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors violating garage policies.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked and provide directions.
• Maintain punctuality, uniform presentation and work in a Safe manner.
