Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities at Worcester, MA. You will direct patrons, issue tickets, and handle transactions while maintaining excellent customer service.

This role includes completing daily shift paperwork and performing light maintenance tasks as required by management. We offer flexible scheduling, free parking, and a benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park.
• Issue tickets to customers and record required information.
• Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) per policy.
• Complete daily shift paperwork recording transactions, vehicle counts, and other metrics.
• Provide company service standards with each customer, including greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers.
• May be asked to perform light cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed by management.
• Assist with other special projects as assigned by location management.
