Job summary

Joe's Auto Parks in Los Angeles is seeking a Parking Attendant to maintain the lot, process payments, issue receipts, and answer guest inquiries. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds, and keep a clean workspace.

The role requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and basic math and computer skills to handle revenue accounting accurately. Shift: Fri–Sun, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic for revenue and cash accounting.
• Excellent verbal communication and basic computer skills required.
• Must work well in a team and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries and directions.
• Drive guests’ vehicles to designated parking spaces in a safe manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Check for car damages before issuing tickets and document details.
• Secure all car keys and manage tickets accurately.
• Retrieve vehicles safely from the lot when needed.
• Assist guests with opening/closing doors and other tasks as required.
• Be knowledgeable about local area, hotels, and events.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
