Responsibilities

• Drive guests' vehicles to the designated parking space safely.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Check for car damages before issuing claim tickets.
• Note all necessary information on the ticket.
• Secure all car keys.
• Retrieve guest's vehicle from the specified area safely.
• Assist guests with opening/closing doors, etc.
• Be knowledgeable of the area, hotel/loft, directions and events.
• Able to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

Overview

We are looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented Parking Attendant to maintain our lot and ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
