Job summary

Joe’s Auto Parks, LLC is seeking a Parking Attendant to manage our lot, handle payments, issue receipts and answer customer inquiries at 7021 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles. You will ensure accuracy of prices and quantities and help customers with promotions or item locations.

You will respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges, and maintain a clean workspace to support a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Cashiering experience, 1-2 years or more.
• Ability to calculate and perform basic arithmetic in revenue accounting and cash accounting.
• Excellent verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Stand or sit for prolonged periods; operate a computer keyboard and mouse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the parking lot and assist customers with payments and receipts.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about locations, pricing, or promotions.

Overview

We are looking to recruit an energetic, detail-oriented Parking Attendant to maintain our lot and ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.

Joe’s Auto Parks, LLC is a privately-owned parking operations and management company with over 90 locations in downtown Los Angeles and other cities. Joe’s Auto Parks provides both self and valet parking services at many of its surface lots and garages.
