Job summary

LAZ Parking California, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Lot Attendant to greet customers and maintain a welcoming, safe parking area. The role blends customer service with light operational duties, including keeping the lot tidy and reporting concerns to supervisors.

You will ensure patrons enter the branch area appropriately, handle routine tasks like sweeping, signage, and equipment checks, and respond to urgent situations while upholding LAZ standards of honesty, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all parkers are going into the branch when parking in the lot.
• Communicate politely that the lot is for banking patrons only
• Report concerns or needs to direct supervisor and only to a Bank Branch Manager if directly asked or in the case of an emergency.
• Make sure there are no tripping hazards in the lot.
• Keep parking location clean – sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, etc.
• Maintain and repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.
• Be in the correct LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Work with and without supervision and follow the directions of supervisors when requests are made.
• Inform all people loitering to move off property or call non-emergency numbers for police support.
• Make sure the location is safe and take care of any potentially hazardous conditions.
• Other related duties as assigned.
