Responsibilities

• Inquire with guest of any needs
• Communicate with supervisors and direct valets to assist with guests’ needs
• Enter and exit valet tickets into our system software
• Verify all information on valet tickets has been gathered and noted
• Process customer payments accurately and effectively completing transaction steps
• Perform daily LAZ Parking to client report audits, count register and make necessary deposits on each shift, handling all cash/transactions
• Guarantee integrity and accurate cash handling
• Prepare end-of-day shift reports and receipts
• Direct guests towards their intended destinations
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Pass on shift information to the next cashier

The Spirit of the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized cashier to join our team. Previous hospitality is desired. This position will require excellent communication skills between you and our guests as well as your team to provide a memorable experience for our guests.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
