Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6+ months of prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with directions and transportation needs.
• Open doors and welcome guests into the property with professionalism.
• Support Bell and Valet teams to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Assist employees and guests in parking and curbside areas as needed.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and guest-friendly arrival experience.
