The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Kentucky Department of Parks, seeks a Park Worker I for the Rowena Landing Restaurant at Lake Cumberland State Resort Park in Jamestown, KY. This entry-level role leads front-of-house and coordinates with back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service throughout the year.

You will assist with dining room duties, POS operations, and general maintenance while meeting guest needs in a premier park setting.

Responsabilidades

• Stock waitress station and buffet unit with dishes, mugs, glasses, etc to be kept stocked before, during and after shift.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum dining room floors.
• Remove dirty dishes from tables, and wipe tables.
• Janitorial/Cleaning duties for the Dining Room.
• Follow departmental rules, regulations, and policies under the direction of Dining Room Supervisor.
• Work with Point of Sale system to ring up guests.
• Cash count procedures at end of shift.

Description

The Kentucky Department of Parks is seeking a motivated team leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service as our new Park Worker I for the Rowena Landing Restaurant at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, located on the beautiful 60 thousand plus acre Lake Cumberland. This Resort Park is one of the premier lodging and dining facilities in the area. For decades, we have been serving our guests in our 200-seat restaurant with panoramic views of Lake Cumberland. In addition to front-of-house operations, you will work closely with the back of the house operations, group sales and other departments to provide delivery of exceptional guest services for our Rowena Landing Restaurant throughout the year.

Probationary Period
