Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance role.
• Willingness to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance techs to ensure tasks are completed.
• Meet regularly with staff to provide supervision and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide continuous training and development of the tech and maintenance team.
• Oversee attractions including Coasters, VR systems, Laser Tag, and simulators.
• Order parts within budget and assist with major escalated issues.
• Support senior leaders in developing training programs and with POS systems.
