Job summary

Five Star Park & Attractions is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee technology and maintenance across all park attractions. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate safety compliance, and drive preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate combines electro-mechanical expertise with strong customer service and a proactive, self-starting attitude to keep guests safe and happy.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a maintenance-related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Meet regularly with staff to provide supervision and maintain open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide ongoing training and development for the tech and maintenance team.
• Schedule maintenance staff to ensure proper coverage and timely work.
• Oversee attractions including Coasters, VR, Laser Tag, and Simulators.
• Order parts within budget and assist with escalated issues.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop training programs.
