Job summary

Five Star Park & Attractions seeks a Technical Service Manager to oversee technology and maintenance across the park. The role requires hands-on electro-mechanical experience, strong problem solving, and a customer-service mindset to ensure guests leave happy.

You will supervise maintenance techs, manage schedules, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards while working with multiple attractions and POS systems.

Qualifications

• One year minimum supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are addressed effectively.
• Meet with staff regularly to provide supervision and maintain open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and development for tech and maintenance team.
• Oversee attractions such as Coasters, VR, Laser Tag, and Simulators.
• Assist with parts, tools inventory and purchasing within budgets.
• Maintain safety-first approach in all activities and ensure proper PPE use.
• Maintain PM logs and assist with building maintenance as needed.
