Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a maintenance role.
• Ability to manage maintenance tasks and staff in a theme-park environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are addressed.
• Meet regularly with staff to provide supervision and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Provide training and development of the tech and maintenance team.
• Determine schedules for maintenance staff to ensure coverage and expedite work.
• Oversee multiple attractions including Coasters, VR Systems, Laser Tag, and more.
