Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions seeks a Technical Service Manager to oversee technology and maintenance at the Romeoville park. You will lead electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a maintenance-related role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Techs to ensure tasks are addressed.
• Provide regular staff supervision and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement training programs for the tech and maintenance team.
• Oversee multiple attractions and manage budgets for parts.
