Western National Parks seeks a dedicated Park Store Manager to lead daily retail operations at Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument in Mountainair, NM. This full-time role emphasizes sales growth, customer service excellence, inventory control, staff leadership, and collaboration with park partners.

You will drive store initiatives, manage budgets, coordinate merchandising, and ensure a positive visitor experience while upholding policies and safety standards in a national park setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail and POS System experience (preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license.
• Computer programs including Internet, databases, and Microsoft Office suite (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
• Knowledge of office equipment and multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all day-to-day retail store operations.
• Provide excellent visitor and customer service.
• Manage store inventory levels and assets.
• Ensure effective merchandising of products.
• Hire, train, lead and retain staff.
• Drive store initiatives to reach financial goals.
• Conduct inventory counts and report on budgets and profits.
• Collaborate with NPS and WNP staff to develop educational retail products.
