Job summary

Western National Parks in Carlsbad, NM seeks a full-time Sales & Information Associate to support daily retail operations at the Carlsbad Caverns National Park store. You will assist visitors, process transactions, stock shelves, and help merchandise products to enhance the park experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required unless currently a student.
• Prior retail and POS system experience preferred.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent visitor and customer service.
• Complete sales transactions.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising and store duties.
• Communicate product educational value to visitors.
• Support special events and after-hours activities as needed.
• Help with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
