Western National Parks Association seeks a Park Store Manager for the Mountainair, NM retail park store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while coordinating with park partners and the Home Office to deliver educational products and experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and solid knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with retail operations and POS systems preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations and reporting.
• Drive sales and maintain high customer service standards.
• Collaborate with partners and NPS/USFS staff on events and programs.
