Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to complete Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program requirements (first aid, CPR, water skills, spinal injury management).
• People who love helping others and will support guests and associates.
• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion and excitement about Carowinds.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Positions are available for those 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Team Members to deliver friendly guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including grounds and restrooms.
• Lead teams sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment to ensure proper servicing.
• Provide directions and park information to guests as needed.
• Assist with training and motivating staff to uphold core values.
