Job summary

Carowinds in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Team Lead/Supervisor to help keep guests safe and the park clean. You will supervise Team Members, train staff, and ensure friendly guest service while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising grounds, restrooms, and attractions, managing trash disposal, guiding guests, and coordinating daily maintenance tasks. Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willingness to lead and supervise a team
• Complete Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training Program including first aid and CPR
• Ability to work with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Manage guest assistance and directions in a friendly manner
